Mechanical Designer CONTRACT - $40p/h to $70p/h - Remote - Immediate

This company operates as an independent entity within a larger global group and is recognized internationally for its expertise in engineering, installing, and maintaining sustainable energy systems. It focuses on delivering low-carbon and renewable power generation solutions that include combined heat and power (CHP) systems utilizing natural gas, biogas, and landfill gas. Additionally, the company is involved in renewable natural gas (RNG) recovery and offers hybrid energy solutions such as microgrids integrated with battery storage.

With operations spanning multiple continents and a fast-growing footprint in North America, the organization supports a diverse range of sectors. These include mission-critical and infrastructure-intensive industries such as data centers, healthcare, higher education, water and wastewater, industrial manufacturing, mining, and waste-to-energy. The company maintains a strong pipeline of energy infrastructure projects, particularly in high-growth segments of the U.S. market, and is actively expanding its technical and project delivery teams to meet increasing demand.

Criteria / Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Mechanical CAD design
• Proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D is essential
• Experience creating P&IDs, 3D models, and working within Navisworks environments
• Familiarity with Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud is highly advantageous
• Ability to produce general arrangement (GA) drawings, piping schematics, and isometric drawings with accuracy and speed
• High output environment, candidates must be able to work efficiently under pressure and handle rapid design cycles
