Operations Manager/GoHighLevel CRM Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing marketing agency. As the visionary and technical lead of the company, we need a strong right hand to manage our day-to-day operations and take ownership of our core platform: GoHighLevel. We provide website development, graphic design, email marketing, and ads.

This is more than just a support role—it's about becoming the backbone of our operations. We work with companies to build and manage their marketing and automation systems, and we need someone who can translate my high-level ideas into efficient, automated, and scalable processes. Initial focus will be in real estate. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• GoHighLevel CRM Management: Building, managing, and optimizing complex automations, AI, funnels, and campaigns within the GoHighLevel platform for our real estate clients. Supporting system issues.
• Operations & Project Management: Taking ownership of project timelines and tasks, ensuring all client work is delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Team Coordination: Working with our team to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure everyone is aligned with our operational goals.
• Quality Control: Meticulously reviewing all work to ensure a high standard of quality and precision.
• Systematization: Creating and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all our key processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Reporting: Providing me with regular updates on project status, key metrics, and operational performance.
• Client Service: Providing high quality client service.

• A Great Communicator: You can communicate clearly and concisely, providing me with detailed updates without me needing to chase you.
• Fast & Efficient: You work quickly and accurately, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
