Visual Head/ Designer — (Contract / Part-time)

For a visual rich mobile app with natural imagery. We are seeking a designer who can plan and design at the same time, while owning media (pictures, UI, other artworks) to a consistent premium style.

What you’ll do

• Lead the overall creative direction across brand, product, and user-facing experiences.
• Curate a consistent image/video library
• Define presentation patterns (cards, overlays, visuals).
• Edit assets (color correction, cleanup, crops/ratios, background variants) and export optimized outputs for mobile.
• Ensure consistency in taste, tone, quality, and emotional appeal across all creative outputs.
• Design key visuals/ screens (gallery/grid, detail, collections, rewards).
• Own the overall visual direction and aesthetic quality of the product and brand.

Engagement

Contract, remote-friendly (Global). Flexible schedule. Part-time possible.

Must-have

• Image editing/retouching (Photoshop/Lightroom or equivalent) with consistent outputs at scale.
• Graphic design skills
• Systems mindset: style guides, naming conventions, templates, and content standards.
• Premium visual taste; excellence

Nice-to-have

• Experience with content-heavy apps (media galleries, digital apps, UI, motion specs).
