We're hiring a Senior XR Product Designer to join an advanced design team building next-generation AR/VR work experiences. This is early-stage, high-impact product exploration - creating how people collaborate, communicate, and share space in virtual environments.

You'll work remotely within the UK, partnering closely with engineering and product to turn broad ideas into tangible, high-polish prototypes. If you enjoy ambiguity, rapid iteration, and pushing beyond existing design systems, you'll thrive here.

What's in it for you

What we're looking forMust-haves:

  • Deep experience in XR/AR/VR or spatial interaction design
  • Strong pathfinding and innovation capability - you define the problem and the solution, not just execute tasks
  • Expert Figma skills, including rapid mock-ups and multiple variants in tight timeframes
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to map end-to-end UX flows
  • Comfortable working independently, driving the design agenda, and collaborating closely with PM and engineering

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Unity
  • Background in game development or immersive interaction design

What the day-to-day looks like

  • Rapid concepting and prototyping in Figma (and increasingly with AI tools)
  • Designing user flows, spatial interactions, and visuals for AR/VR scenarios
  • Partnering with PM and engineers to define direction and refine prototypes
  • Exploring ambiguous problem spaces and helping shape a high-polish MVP
  • Contributing to weekly design discussions and team critiques
