We’re hunting for a visionary Art Director who merges graphic design fundamentals with AI-generated visuals to build emotionally-charged, scroll-stopping branding — especially for Amazon.
You’re a master prompt engineer who thinks like a cinematographer and works like a brand strategist. You know how to communicate visual emotion, not just beauty. You thrive in chaos, learn fast, iterate faster, and translate abstract concepts into visually iconic brand stories.
If Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Photoshop, and Figma are your playground — and Amazon ads, A+ content, and video creation are your battlefield — this is your call.
💼 Responsibilities
- Creative Direction: Build unique visual narratives that provoke emotion and drive conversions across Amazon ads, A+ content, product videos, and brand assets.
- AI Mastery: Create AI-generated imagery and video using Midjourney, Sora, or similar tools, with expert-level prompting and cinematic composition.
- Branding: Develop and maintain strong, recognizable visual branding across multiple product lines and categories.
- Storytelling Through Design: Create visuals that don’t just “look good,” but make people feel something. Understand product psychology and emotional design hooks.
- Design Execution: Execute high-quality graphic design work when needed (edits, retouching, typography, layout, etc.) to support all brand collateral.
- Amazon Creative Assets: Design optimized creatives for Amazon: Sponsored Brand ads, lifestyle images, A+ modules, infographics, 1:1 and 9:16 video ads.
- Rapid Iteration: Work fast. Handle feedback loops, concept changes, and evolving creative direction without ego.
- Tech-Obsessed: Stay ahead of AI design trends, image/video generation tools, and branding tactics that break through the noise.
- Verbal Concepting: Present ideas clearly. You can speak in visual metaphors and pitch creative like a pro.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience as Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in e-commerce, CPG, or agency environment
- Expert with Midjourney, Sora (or similar), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Runway, and/or other creative AI tools
- Strong portfolio showing Amazon ads, product branding, A+ content, and video stills
- Fluent in visual storytelling, composition, lighting, brand tone, and emotional cues
- Must understand Amazon design rules, creative best practices, and brand presentation
- Fluent in English, with clear ability to explain creative logic and ideas
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Amazon brands, lifestyle wellness products, or supplements
