Digital Design Specialist (Fractional)

We’re seeking a freelance Digital Designer for a modern wellness brand, who understands how to design for conversion, not just aesthetics. We want someone who thinks about conversion, customer journeys, and e-commerce performance when they design.

You’ll help us improve key parts of our website experience (landing pages, product pages) while also creating supporting assets across email and social.

What you’ll work on

• Designing and improving website pages to convert sales and improving overall user experience

• Designing email templates to convert customers and improve retention

• Producing social media assets for marketing campaigns to attract new customers and build the brand

This is probably a good fit if you:

• Have a strong background designing for e-commerce brands

• Understand CRO principles and user behaviour

• Can balance brand, UX, and performance

• Experience working with performance marketing teams (Meta​/​Google landing pages) is a bonus

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe tools

• 10–20 hours per month (May increase based on the demands of the business)
