🚀 Senior Front End Engineer | Remote-first (UK) | 4-Day Work Week - Up to £75,000

I'm currently partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, mission-driven UK tech startup backed by some of the most respected names in the industry.

They’re building genuinely impactful software already being used by frontline public service teams across the country and they’re now looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join their small, high-performing team.

This is a founding-level hire. You’ll be hands-on, writing clean, confident code daily and working closely with the CTO, product, and design to shape the product as it scales.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and shipping features across a modern React + TypeScript frontend

Translating product and design requirements into production-ready UI

Owning features end-to-end

Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code

Collaborating closely across engineering, product, and design

Influencing frontend decisions as the product evolves

What they’re looking for:

Strong commercial experience with React + TypeScript

A hands-on engineer actively shipping production code

Ability to independently build and deliver UI features

Experience in fast-moving environments (startup/scale-up)

Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

High attention to detail and pride in your work

A bias toward simplicity, clarity, and shipping
