Location: 100% Remote – California or North Carolina Residents Only

Compensation: $25/hr + Commission TCC $62,000 - $86,000 yr

🚀 The Role: Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive the growth engine of Rabbit Product Design. You’ll be responsible for filling the calendar with qualified appointments, nurturing warm leads, and helping move contracts across the finish line.

You’ll also work directly with our sales and marketing automation systems, leveraging AI wherever possible to increase productivity and improve follow-up precision.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates located in California or North Carolina only.

💼 What You’ll Do🧭 Lead Management & Appointment Setting

• Schedule strategy sessions and follow-up calls for prospective clients.
• Prequalify leads by assessing budget, timeline, and seriousness, and gather details on their product idea, stage of development, and goals.
• Fill any empty meeting slots using a “standby” list to ensure full daily booking.
• Answer inbound calls from website leads and schedule appointments promptly.
• Flag “no-shows” or stalled leads for re-engagement campaigns.

💰 Contract Follow-Up

• Follow up on initial contracts sent and assist in scheduling follow-up calls to close.
• Send reminders and updates to leads who haven’t yet signed

💬 Communication & Marketing

• Respond to comments, DMs, and questions on company social channels.
• Leverage AI tools to research prospects, draft follow-up messages, and improve conversion performance.

📊 CRM & Reporting

• Keep CRM up to date with accurate lead notes and stages.
• Track follow-ups, appointment success rates, and engagement metrics on a daily basis.
• Report weekly on leads generated, appointments booked, and conversion performance.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Confident on phone calls
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI tools
• Passionate about innovation, startups, and helping people turn ideas into real products.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
