Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is excited to design the systems, workflows, and experiences that power AI-transformation. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, workforce strategy, and enterprise design - crafting tools that help organisations understand and reshape work at a fundamental level.

_This position is fully remote, with flexible access to Sydney’s Stone and Chalk Scale-up Hub for in-person collaboration and socials. Preferably based in Sydney and must have rights to work full-time in Australia._What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end product design: Lead discovery, design, prototyping, and delivery across Reejig’s enterprise platform, simplifying the complex world of workforce transformation into usable and elegant experiences.
• Design for work re-engineering: Design tools, workflows and AI agent interfaces that help enterprises deconstruct jobs into tasks, skills and processes - making work more agile, efficient, and AI-ready. 
• Design for transformation at scale: Craft solutions that support enterprise clients undergoing major workforce shifts, including skill-based planning, internal mobility, and AI-driven talent strategy.
• Shape and scale our design system: Build and maintain the foundation of Reejig’s design language - defining scalable components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
• Work closely with our founders: You’ll collaborate directly with visionary founders across GTM, Product and Data Science, who are deeply involved in shaping our business and product strategy. Managing expectations and navigating competing priorities will be part of your daily flow.
• Collaborate across the product and go-to-market engines: You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Workforce Strategy, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align on vision, drive roadmap execution, support enterprise sales, ensure impactful implementation, and craft compelling product narratives.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly: Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and multiple concepts per user problem for user validation, stakeholder alignment, enterprise demos, and iterative product development.
• Advocate for users and outcomes: Turn complex business and data requirements into intuitive, high-impact design solutions that drive adoption, insight, and decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of end-to-end hands-on professional product design experience - Preferably for B2B/Enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to context-switch between multiple parallel product initiatives - Balancing discovery, delivery, stakeholder input, and shifting competing priorities across multiple products; without sacrificing design quality or momentum.
• Strong systems thinking - Bringing order to complexity via design principles/systems approach and build with reusability in mind.
• Equally strong UX and UI skills - As adept at creating user archetypes, customer journey flows and wireframes, as you are with pushing the boundaries in visual and motion design.
• Ability to define projects independently - Confident of defining measures of success, methods to test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback.
• Deep fluency with tools such as Figma and FigJam - Creating thoughtful, production-ready designs and prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders - Especially in early-stage or consultative enterprise sales environments.
• A portfolio of work that shows impact, not just craft - Be ready to share and highlight the outcomes your design decisions have driven.
