We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who understands how to drive online sales and bring D2C brands to life across digital, content, and paid channels. From shaping brand messaging and ecommerce campaign strategy to delivering scroll-stopping social and high-converting email, you know how to make an impact where it counts — on clicks, carts, and conversions.
You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team to ensure everything we put out is not just creatively on-brand, but backed by insight and built to perform.
You won’t be doing it all alone — you’ll collaborate with our in-house Content Manager and the design & creative team to roll out campaigns across social, email, and digital. Together, you’ll create content that connects and converts, with support from our design and strategy leads.

You’ll bring a sharp mix of strategic thinking and creative flair, and you know how to communicate ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams. You’re solutions-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working across everything from digital marketing and paid media to brand storytelling and content.
You'll be the one who:
- Crafts and executes smart, engaging marketing campaigns for brands in the food, beverage, and hospitality space
- Knows how to make good brands great, and great brands unmissable
- Works with our design, strategy, and content teams to deliver beautiful, performance-led campaigns
- Tracks performance across platforms, understands what’s working, and turns insights into action
- Builds and manages paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and email
What you need to bring:
- Agency or Direct Brand Experience— must include work in food, beverage, or hospitality
- Experience with product launches, activations, and seasonal campaigns that drive sales online
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc.)
- Clear communication skills, both visually and verbally
- Big ideas with solid data
- Comfortable working remotely, self-managed, and collaborative

- Shopify, Bigcommerce, Tiktok Shop
- Mailchimp, Klaviyo
- Slack, ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
- Pitch, Keynote
- ChatGPT, Google Suite
- Meta, Tiktok, Youtube and other main social platforms
