Director, Brand And Creative

About the Opportunity:

The organization is a leading AI marketing platform supporting innovative companies in optimizing marketing workflows for increased efficiency, consistency, and personalization. This fully remote Director of Brand & Creative role focuses on shaping the organization’s creative direction, managing a creative team, and collaborating with Marketing to deliver compelling brand expressions across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead concepting and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling across web, social, events, and video.

• Partner with Marketing leadership on brand strategy and creative execution.

• Manage, mentor, and scale a creative team of approximately four designers; oversee agency partners and freelancers as needed.

• Integrate AI tools and generative AI workflows into the creative process.

• Contribute directly to campaign visuals, copy, and presentations as needed.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure cohesive brand experiences.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and creative systems for consistency and quality.

• Develop case studies, thought leadership materials, and brand narratives for enterprise decision-makers.

• Track campaign performance, monitor market trends, and refine creative approaches based on insights.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design leadership roles at high-growth or design-forward B2B companies.

• Experience partnering with Marketing on strategy and executing creative aligned with positioning.

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary creative teams with a strong culture of excellence.

• Experience designing with AI tools and leading teams through workflow transformation.

• Strong hands-on design skills and ability to build or refine creative assets.

• Portfolio demonstrating leadership of brand campaigns, design systems, and cross-channel creative work.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales in enterprise/B2B environments.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Compensation:

• The expected base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $280,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
