About the Organization:
The organization provides automation solutions for internet commerce, focusing on sales tax compliance for e-commerce businesses. The opportunity is for a Growth Partner responsible for developing and executing the events strategy, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive growth and brand engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute events to drive qualified attendance and sales pipeline
• Track goals and ROI for every event
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including concept, vendor management, logistics, and reporting
• Align with Sales to identify key accounts and segments
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, digital promotion, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with affiliate and referral partners for co-hosted events
• Build guest lists, create memorable experiences, and maintain consistent brand narrative
• Develop scalable playbooks and processes for event planning and execution
• Establish the organization as a leader in hosting high-quality events for e-commerce and SaaS
Requirements:
• Background in event marketing, partnerships, or growth roles at high-growth startups
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end events from strategy to execution and analysis
• Experience with pipeline goals or revenue metrics for events
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality, speed, and iteration
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce (preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Sendoso, Webflow, or PartnerStack (preferred)
• Experience with partner marketing or referral-led growth (preferred)
• Knowledge of event and vendor management platforms (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build events from inception and create scalable systems (preferred)
