About the Opportunity

The Software Engineer is responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of features, ensuring quality and effective collaboration with business teams and technical partners. This role directly contributes to advancing healthcare technology solutions by designing, coding, testing, and deploying software that meets user needs and supports the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack & API Development

• Backend Engineering: Design and develop robust backend components while refactoring and modifying existing programs to enhance system capabilities.
• Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, user-facing frontend features using React.js and develop highly reusable UI components.
• API Implementation: Build and integrate secure web services and RESTful APIs in strict accordance with defined architectural guidelines.
• UI/UX Translation: Translate complex visual designs, wireframes, and product prototypes into high-quality, production-ready code.

Intelligent Solutions & Performance

• AI Integration: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across various internal and client-facing platforms.
• Frontend Optimization: Analyze and optimize frontend performance to guarantee seamless execution across diverse mobile devices and web browsers.

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

• Test Automation: Drive continuous quality by automating testing at both the functional and unit levels.
• Environment Preparation: Prepare comprehensive test data sets and write detailed functional specifications to guide feature development.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve critical technical bugs and platform bottlenecks across production environments.

Requirements

Core Backend & Database Engineering

• Agile Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience operating within structured Agile environments.
• Microsoft Stack: 3+ years of dedicated experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, C#, and building RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Database Management: Solid experience writing, optimizing, and working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PL/SQL.

Frontend & DevOps Architecture

• UI Development: 3+ years of hands-on front-end web development experience utilizing React.js and its associated tooling ecosystem.
• CI/CD Practices: 3+ years of experience working with DevOps frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including git-based source control management.
• Cloud & Microservices: 2+ years of experience developing within cloud-native architectures and distributed microservices environments.
• RESTful Architecture: 2+ years of experience specifically designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Security & Quality Standards

• Application Security: 2+ years of experience implementing application-level security, identity federation, and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Testing Frameworks: 2+ years of experience utilizing modern testing frameworks and software quality assurance practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $72,800 to $130,000 USD per year (calculated based on full-time employment status).
• Placement Matrix: Actual compensation placement within this range depends heavily on the candidate's verified skills, experience, and certifications.
