The Role

We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to own our technical future. You will be the sole engineer sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and design.

You won't just be maintaining a backlog; you will be building the core platform. We need a builder who is comfortable using modern, AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, Cursor) to multiply their output. You are a senior-level thinker who executes with startup speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Stack: Build and maintain user-facing product features, internal tools, and the core Rendify platform.
• Vibecoding at Scale: Leverage tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and V0 to accelerate development. We don't care about manual boilerplate; we care about shipping reliable, secure code fast.
• System Architecture: Translate product requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions that align with our SOC2 compliance goals.
• End-to-End Ownership: Deploy features from concept to production. You are responsible for the database, the API, and the frontend UI.
• Performance & Quality: Maintain high code quality while moving quickly in a remote, async environment. You will be the gatekeeper for our technical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Foundation: Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer. You can spin up a backend and polish a frontend without hand-holding.
• AI-Native Workflow: You are deeply familiar with Claude Code, Cursor, and LLM-assisted coding. You know how to prompt your way through complex refactors.
• Product Intuition: You build for the user, not just the compiler. You can make design decisions when the Figma file is incomplete.
• Self-Managing: You work independently, manage your own priorities, and ship without heavy process.
• Relevant Tech: Solid understanding of modern stacks (React/Next.js, Node/Python, SQL).
• Bonus: Experience in 3D, WebGL (Three.js/R3F), or design tooling.
