The Opportunity

This is not a typical corporate design role. As the creative partner to the CEO, you will be empowered to explore, create, and lead. We are looking for a designer who is driven by passion and thrives on creative freedom.

What You Will Do

• Conceive and develop sophisticated and commercially successful color palettes for new flooring collections, with a primary focus on stone, marble, concrete, and abstract visuals.
• Lead the on-site product realization process, collaborating with international manufacturing partners in Asia to bring your precise color and texture vision to life.
• Act as the creative authority, making critical design and color judgments at every stage of development.
• Immerse yourself in the world of design, attending major European shows to discover and interpret emerging trends—with all expenses covered.
• Collaborate directly with the company's visionary CEO and international teams to ensure your designs align with the brand's market-leading position.

Who You Are

• Your defining quality is an exceptional, almost intuitive sensitivity to color. You see the subtle differences that turn a good design into a breathtaking one.
• You have demonstrated experience in a creative design role. Your background could be in flooring, ceramics, or another design field where color and material are paramount.
• You are a passionate and self-motivated creator, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage your own projects and deadlines in an autonomous environment.
• You are a confident and clear communicator in both English and Italian. You are comfortable navigating language barriers and collaborating with diverse, international teams.
• You have a compelling design portfolio that showcases your aesthetic sense and experience with color and materials.
• You are a leader and a thinker, ready to stand behind your creative ideas while also embracing collaboration.
