Savvy is on a mission to make exceptional stays more accessible by creating a vacation rental experience that's more transparent, more trustworthy, and more direct. We connect travelers with professional property managers while eliminating service fees that can add hundreds to every booking. The role: You'll be our first dedicated designer, shaping how millions of travelers experience our brand during our most explosive growth phase. This isn't about following rigid brand guidelines—you'll help create them. We need a versatile designer who can wear multiple hats and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Core Impact Areas
Social Media Design
- Create thumb-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn that drives bookings
- Design campaign assets for our marketing initiatives
- Build templated systems so our content team can move at startup speed
Website & Digital Marketing
- Design high-converting landing pages, homepage features, and website user experience elements
- Create assets for email campaigns, automated sequences, and performance marketing creative
- Build web assets that turn browsers into bookers across our entire funnel
- A/B test creative approaches to optimize conversion rates throughout the site
Brand Evolution
- Develop and refine brand guidelines as we scale across new markets
- Ensure visual consistency while allowing for creative experimentation
- Create design systems that work for a team of 50, not just 5
Strategic Projects
- Event activations and experiential marketing (we do big, attention-grabbing stunts)
- Sales collateral for B2B partnerships and investor materials
- Print materials for trade shows and PR initiatives
Who You'll Work With
Direct Report: Head of Marketing
- The majority of day-to-day work falls under marketing (digital marketing, landing pages, email campaigns, performance marketing creative, conversion optimization)
- Provides clear direction for priorities and project management
- Keeps the designer close to campaign strategy and execution
Close Partnership with Head of Social
- Joint review of social media design templates and brand consistency
- Direct collaboration on social campaign assets
Strategic Alignment with CMO
- Monthly check-ins on brand evolution and strategic direction
- Approval on major brand guideline changes
- Input on high-impact strategic projects and experiential marketing
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 5+ years designing for consumer brands, preferably tech/travel/lifestyle
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and figma
- Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, digital marketing, web design, and brand work that drove business results
- Startup experience or agency background with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Growth mindset—you see constraints as creative challenges, not roadblocks
