The Role: Enterprise Account Executive
ShapesXR is at an exciting growth phase, expanding our footprint in the enterprise space by partnering with leading brands across industries. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, working closely with forward-thinking companies to help them reimagine how they design, prototype, and present 3D experiences.
You’ll engage with global brands, XR studios, and Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating how ShapesXR can reshape their product design and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing deals—with leading brands and tech companies.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients across industries via email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Tailored Sales Materials: Develop and refine sales pitches, presentations, and materials based on client needs and feedback.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead deal negotiations, close sales, and build lasting partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage all sales activities using Hubspot to ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression.
- Market Innovation: Identify strategic partnerships and develop creative approaches to target new clients and grow revenue.
- Event Representation: Represent ShapesXR at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling software or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build new business relationships and grow accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with a persuasive and engaging style.
- Naturally influential with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.
- Experience working with CRM tools like Hubspot, Gong, or similar.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A strong interest in emerging technology, XR, and design innovation.
- A self-starter with a hunger to make a big impact in a fast-paced environment.
