Role Summary

We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to support our growing client base with high-quality design deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to bring brand visions to life through packaging, marketing assets, and digital collateral.

Success in this role means delivering designs that are on-brand, meet project requirements, and are production-ready, all while maintaining clear communication and timeliness. This position plays an essential role in ensuring that Spazio continues to deliver innovative and consistent design solutions that strengthen client brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging designs, marketing materials, and digital collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, client requirements, and timelines.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital outputs, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, balancing creativity with practical constraints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to branding and packaging.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and marketing asset design.
• Specialization in illustration and typography is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
• Knowledge of print production processes and preparing press-ready files.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with the team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience collaborating with clients and/or creative teams.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Figma, XD, or Sketch) for cross-channel projects.
