We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer to own the design and development of digital learning content that empowers our people and drives performance. About The Role As an Instructional Designer, you’ll transform complex business requirements into interactive, user-friendly learning experiences. From e-learning modules and videos to gamified content and blended learning solutions, you’ll create innovative resources that align with organisational standards and compliance requirements. What You’ll Do

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences, including e-learning, video, games, and virtual ILT.
• Apply gamification techniques to boost engagement and retention.
• Create end-to-end content: scoping, storyboarding, scripting, designing, producing, and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain and update learning content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Review learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve content.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS platforms.
• Proven experience in instructional design and creating engaging, user-centric learning content.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and to budget.
• Graphic design and multimedia production skills, including video and audio editing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
