Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Up to $33.02/hr (W2)

Overview

The Graphic Designer (UI & Digital) will create high-quality visual assets across print and digital platforms, translating brand guidelines into engaging designs and user-friendly interfaces. This role partners closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to deliver consistent, accessible, and production-ready design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets and layouts for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.
• Translate brand guidelines into polished UI deliverables, including mockups, clickable prototypes, and components within design systems.
• Ensure quality, visual consistency, and accessibility across UI assets and development handoffs.
• Collaborate with UX partners on wireframes and design decisions; support smooth handoff to engineering and review live implementations.
• Conduct UI research activities as needed, including competitive analysis, A/B testing insights, and accessibility considerations.
• Prepare assets for print and digital production, including press checks when required.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders; incorporate feedback efficiently and iteratively.

QualificationsMust Have

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Proven creativity with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resume must include a portfolio link and password for consideration.

Nice to Have

• Intermediate UI design skills with working knowledge of UI design principles.
• Experience producing UI deliverables such as prototypes, development-ready assets, and simple animations.
• Familiarity with UI research methods, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with product designers and software engineers in agile environments.
• Interest in developing design leadership skills and contributing to team design processes.
