The Role
We are looking for a highly creative Brand Designer (Mid-level) to join us. You will work directly with our Founder & Brand Strategist to translate business logic into premium visual ecosystems, spanning from digital to tangible print applications.
- Brand, Print & Packaging Design: Craft comprehensive visual systems, with a strong emphasis on high-end print applications, physical packaging, and premium layouts.
- Motion Design: Bring our brand identities and packaging concepts to life through motion. You will create dynamic case study reels and strong presentations to continually elevate Strategic Sheep's portfolio.
- Strategic Execution: Read, understand, and transform brand strategy into visuals.
- Availability: Remote, steady daily hours (e.g., 4 hours/day) for seamless workflow.
What You Bring to the Table
- Language: Remote from anywhere, but native (or fluent) in Greek and English to seamlessly understand our client culture and strategy documents.
- The Essentials: Absolute proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud. You must know your way around Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for the print/packaging requirements.
- Print & Packaging Expertise: A deep understanding of print production, dielines, materials, and how a premium brand lives in the physical world.
- Motion Skills: The ability to give a brand rhythm. Whether you use After Effects or another tool, we care about the premium quality of the final presentation and your ability to build dynamic reels.
- Mindset: You understand that design is a business tool. You don't just make things look good; you follow the strategic blueprint.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
- Figma: Familiarity with Figma to easily collaborate on digital brand assets and UI/UX handoffs.
- AI Tools: Practical experience with AI content generation tools (Magnific, etc.) to optimize workflows or generate supplementary visual concepts.
