Account Manager, Studio Eleven [Graphic Design Agency]Remote role, UK based preferred

Studio Eleven are a team of 12 who have been working together for more than 14 years. We work with some of the biggest names out there including over 30 of the FTSE 100. We are known for strong creative thinking and a particular skill in infographics, presentations and design that often needs clarity, structure and smart visual storytelling.

We are small which means everyone is close enough to feel connected, but we work with brands big enough to keep things interesting. You will join a friendly, supportive group of people who enjoy what they do and look after each other. The role is remote, so you will need to be organised, proactive and comfortable working with clients online.

The role

You will manage day to day relationships with clients, help projects move through the studio at the right pace and work with the rest of the account team across several accounts. It is a varied role. One moment briefing designers or copywriters, the next reviewing timelines or helping make sure work is delivered cleanly and on schedule.

What you will do

• Build trust and good working relationships with clients

• Keep projects moving from initial brief to final delivery

• Write status updates, contact reports and useful documentation

• Join and sometimes run meetings and calls with clients

• Stay familiar with brand guidelines, opportunities and competitor activity

• Monitor projects through production and solve problems as they come up

• Prepare project quotes, scopes and resource needs for review and approval

• Help keep timings, budgets and quality on track

What we are looking for

• Roughly 2 years account management experience in an agency

(We would also consider someone slightly earlier in their career if they are confident, switched on and ready to learn fast)

• Clear communicator, both written and spoken

• Good attention to detail and comfortable handling several tasks at once

• Friendly, reliable and collaborative working style

• Confident working with designers and creative teams

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
