About The Role We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join the Snif team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms and mediums. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, eager to bring fresh ideas, and dedicated to refining their craft. You will primarily focus on designing packaging artwork, print collateral, and digital assets that embody Snif’s modern, immersive aesthetic. Collaborating closely with our Creative Team, including the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designers, you will help translate brand principles into compelling visuals that support product launches, marketing campaigns, retail displays, and digital initiatives. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing brand, bringing your creative vision to life while working in a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and innovation. You will report directly to the Art Director and work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Marketing, Social, Digital, and Web departments to ensure brand consistency and excellence in every asset produced. Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in packaging and production design, either in-house or at an agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Premiere and After Effects are a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing packaging artwork and creating print-ready files
- Knowledge of print collateral creation, including working with templates and pre-press proofing
- Experience designing digital assets such as emails, SMS gifs, paid ads, and social media graphics
- Exceptional organizational skills for asset management, sizing, cropping, and file exporting
- High attention to detail and technical design expertise
- Strong collaborative spirit and openness to constructive feedback
- Excellent time management and project ownership skills
- Ability to adapt and seek inspiration from new platforms and trends
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Quickly familiarize with Snif’s brand principles and style guidelines
- Design original visual content for brand and product-specific applications across various media
- Create print and packaging files from initial renderings, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Translate design concepts into print-ready dielines for primary and secondary packaging
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to maintain brand consistency, quality, and color matching
- Design in-store signage and retail display materials that attract attention and enhance the shopping experience
- Develop print collateral to support marketing activations and campaigns
- Create merchandise designs for product launches and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to digital campaigns by producing assets for email, SMS, social media, and paid advertising
- Bring innovative ideas to creative brainstorms while aligning with brand identity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, retail, and product development
- Ensure every asset is polished, aligned, and production-ready with meticulous attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve design processes
- Maintain organized asset libraries, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently
