About The Role We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Designer to join our team, focusing on performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing compelling visual assets that capture attention and drive measurable results on channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to life through static and motion graphics, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop assets that align with campaign objectives and audience insights. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where design directly influences business outcomes. You will be involved in creating A/B testing assets, editing video content, and optimizing creative materials based on data-driven insights. Collaboration with media, content, and client teams is essential to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative strategies and performance marketing efforts. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
  • 1 year of experience in motion graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools
  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within an agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of social media platform specifications and best practices for ad creative
  • Interest in staying updated on industry trends, AI, and automation in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop compelling static and motion creative assets such as ad sets, landing pages, and visual content that are optimized for performance and platform specifications
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring they meet aspect ratio and attention span requirements
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with campaign insights and audience targeting
  • Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively for different audience segments and platforms
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazy Egg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to gather insights and validate design choices
  • Iterate and refine creative assets based on performance data, testing outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, providing regular updates and collaborating effectively with internal and client teams
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to CRO and user experience design
