About the Project

We’re implementing a premium Odoo experience for a design-led business. The focus is not just on functionality but brand fidelity — every template, portal page, and workflow must look and feel world-class.

Scope of Work

  • Templates & Branding (Front-End)
  • Custom QWeb templates for Quotes, Invoices, Statements, Delivery Notes.
  • Branded, responsive email templates (estimates, invoices, payment reminders, aftercare).
  • Customer portal styling (fonts, colour, spacing, responsive polish).
  • System Customisation (Back-End)
  • Custom fields (site address, designer, project code, install window, colourway).
  • Automations (auto-create Projects on SO confirmation, aftercare emails, approval rules).
  • Light custom modules for workflow improvements.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • QWeb templating (PDF reports, precision styling).
  • HTML / CSS / Javascript (for brand-grade email/portal work).
  • Python / Odoo ORM (module development, automations, server actions).
  • Experience applying brand guidelines to Odoo templates.
  • Detail-obsessed: typography, spacing, white space, and design polish matter as much as code.

Deliverables

  • Branded PDFs & emails that feel premium and professional.
  • Portal experience that matches our brand identity.
  • System refinements that improve project visibility and cashflow management.
  • Documentation + handover.

Engagement

  • Contract / project-based, remote.
  • Start ASAP.
  • Estimated 60–80 hrs total (phased approach over 2–3 weeks).
  • Budget flexible for the right talent.
