Senior Manager, BIN Sponsorship & Apple Ecosystem | Australia (Remote)

A fast-growing FinTech and Banking-as-a-Service platform is looking for a highly specialised payments professional to join their team in a newly created senior role. This business is scaling its card issuance and embedded finance solutions globally and has built deep integrations with one of the world's leading consumer technology ecosystems.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with direct, hands-on experience managing card programs within that ecosystem to step into a pivotal role where their expertise will directly shape the product experience of millions of cardholders.

The Role

Sitting at the intersection of card program management and big tech partner operations, you will own the end-to-end relationship with BIN sponsors, lead the card art review and approval process, and serve as the internal expert for all partner portal workflows. You will work closely with product, engineering, compliance and design teams to keep live card programs running smoothly while proactively managing policy changes and recertification requirements as they arise.

What You Will Bring

• Direct experience working at or closely alongside a major global consumer technology company's partner and payments operations team in Australia

• Proven hands-on experience with the partner submission portal used to manage card templates, program submissions and compliance workflows within that ecosystem

• Strong track record in card face design review and approval, including a clear understanding of common rejection reasons and how to avoid them

• BIN sponsorship experience across consumer or commercial prepaid or credit card programs

• Working knowledge of tokenized card credential requirements, including scheme rules across Visa and Mastercard

• Full working rights in Australia

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with BIN sponsors or payment processors in Australia

• Experience with DPAN provisioning and tokenization lifecycle management

• Mandarin language skills for cross-regional APAC collaboration
