Senior Product Designer

Remote, United States

$200K–$300K + Equity

A fast-growing AI startup is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of workflow-heavy enterprise software. This is a high-ownership role working closely with product and engineering to design and ship complex, AI-powered experiences from the ground up.

The team is looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, enjoys solving deep UX problems, and is comfortable working across everything from early discovery and systems thinking to polished execution. Ideal backgrounds include SaaS platforms, automation tools, fintech, infrastructure, developer tools, or other data-rich products where usability and speed matter.
