Presentation Designer

This is a 100% remote position, operating in Eastern Standard Time (EST).Duration: 12-month contract as a W2 employee of Talent Groups.Multiple shifts available:

• Second Shift - Monday–Friday - 5pm to 1am EST
• 3rd shift - 12am - 8am

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation & Visual Designer to create compelling, executive-level materials that communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and impact. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with advanced technical execution and custom illustration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact, executive-level presentations in PowerPoint
• Translate complex financial data and concepts into clear, visually engaging narratives
• Create custom illustrations, diagrams, and visual frameworks from scratch
• Use a drawing tablet to produce hand-drawn and digital illustrations tailored to content
• Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
• Ensure consistency with brand standards and governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and elevate design quality
• Leverage Excel to interpret data and translate it into visual outputs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within investment banking companies, working on PowerPoint financial presentations.
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong command of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy
• Proven experience creating custom illustrations (not template-based or stock-driven)
• Proficiency using a drawing tablet (e.g., Wacom or similar) is required
• Ability to simplify and visualize complex financial or data-driven content
• Experience working within strict brand guidelines and governance models
• Intermediate Excel skills (data manipulation, charting, formatting)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, executive-ready deliverables
