This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe. team.blue hub team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. We’re building a small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. Role Design intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences for the hub’s interfaces - including embedded components and supporting admin tools. Own the design process end‑to‑end, from concept to implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Design clear, scalable interfaces for both customers and internal users.
- Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products.
- Work closely with front‑end developers to ensure high‑quality implementation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Participate in user research and usability validation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in product or UX/UI design.
- Strong command of layout, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
- Experience collaborating in fast, iterative environments.
- Curious about AI‑driven workflows.
- Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
