This is a remote position. Pay: $70-$89.66/hour. W2 only. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Duration:3 months with possibility of extension through end of year based on performance. Note: candidates selected to interview will be required to share a body of work/project deck showcasing what they have done in the past. The role: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Designer to help shape and scale compelling visual experiences across brand, marketing, and growth initiatives. This role blends high-level brand storytelling with performance-driven creative execution, requiring a designer who can move seamlessly between conceptual campaigns and fast-paced marketing production. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visually compelling creative across brand campaigns, growth marketing, digital advertising, CRM/lifecycle marketing, social media, web, presentations, and launch assets.
  • Design high-performing creative for co-marketing initiatives and paid media campaigns, including mid-funnel and lower-funnel assets, video templates, and A/B test variations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand identity systems, visual storytelling, and campaign concepts across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, product, and external production teams to deliver impactful creative solutions with speed and precision.
  • Art direct CGI and/or live-action productions in partnership with external vendors, providing guidance on timing, pacing, composition, and overall visual quality.
  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly visual communications.
  • Present and defend strategic creative decisions to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Help integrate AI tools and workflows into the creative process to improve speed, experimentation, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in brand design, creative marketing, or growth-focused design is required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand-building work (campaigns, identity systems, storytelling) and performance marketing creative (CRM, lifecycle, paid social, A/B testing) is required.
  • Proven success creating high-quality creative for co-marketing and performance advertising campaigns with quick turnaround times is required.
  • Experience art directing CGI or live-action productions with external production partners is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, is required.
  • Background in technology, media, digital advertising, or consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and tools preferred.
