About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Design Manager to spearhead our design efforts across the dynamic iGaming, SaaS, and US sweepstakes casino sectors. You will be responsible for defining and elevating our visual identity, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) across all products, platforms, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a cohesive design strategy aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and user needs across iGaming, SaaS, and sweepstakes casino verticals.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team (including UI/UX, graphic, and potentially motion designers), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Brand & Visual Identity: Oversee the development, maintenance, and consistent application of the company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all digital products, marketing materials, and corporate communications.
• UX/UI Excellence: Drive the user experience and user interface design for web platforms, mobile applications, and marketing assets, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that convert.
• Project Management: Manage the design workflow, prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets from concept to final implementation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, development, and legal teams to translate business requirements and user insights into compelling design solutions and ensure seamless integration.
• Research & Optimization: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze performance data to inform design decisions, iterate on designs, and continuously optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Industry Compliance & Trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, as well as specific design and advertising compliance requirements within the iGaming and sweepstakes industries.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all design outputs meet high standards of quality, usability, and visual appeal, and are optimized for various devices and platforms.

Requirements

• Proven Experience (8+ years): Extensive experience in digital design, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or senior design management role, including direct experience managing a team of designers.
• Industry Expertise (MUST): A minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on design experience in the US Sweepstakes Casino segment and/or Social Casino segment is a MUST.
• SaaS Design Experience (Critical): Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces and experiences for SaaS products is also a critical requirement.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design, brand identity development, and digital marketing creative, particularly for iGaming, SaaS, and sweepstakes/social casino products.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Zeplin).
• UX/UI Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to interpret data, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to inform design decisions and optimize performance.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic approach to design challenges.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading and working independently in a fast-paced, remote, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Language: Advanced English is a must.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
