Social Media Manager

Salary range on offer for the role is $100K to $120K (Paid in the equivalent of your local currency). This is a fully remote role, and they are looking for someone based in Europe.

About the Role and Your Key Responsibilities

As the Social Media Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the brand’s narrative across short-form video platforms. You’ll be both on-camera and behind the scenes, designing and executing a video-forward social strategy that keeps the company at the centre of crypto culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing a short-form, video-first strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Producing short-form videos weekly, with them being optimised for specific video content platforms. 
• Acting as the on-camera voice at industry events, conferences, and in day-to-day social content.
• Translating complex DeFi concepts into engaging, meme-savvy content that resonates with both crypto-natives and newcomers.
• Monitoring trends, memes, and audio to ensure the brand stays at the heart of cultural conversations.
• Managing the content calendar and collaborating with internal product, design, and community teams.
• Tracking performance metrics and iterating quickly to improve results.
• Sourcing and managing freelance videographers or motion designers when scale requires, with budget ownership.

What You Will Bring to the Company

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience creating short-form social video content for a brand or personal channels, with a strong portfolio to showcase.
• Confidence in both shooting and editing video content end-to-end.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and building authentic connections with an audience.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and growth levers.
• Great copywriting skills.
• A strategic mindset to develop and lead on the social media strategy not just for global platforms but also for decentralised social platforms
