Marketing Coordinator

VIP Play, Inc Marketing Coordinator About the Company: VIP Play, Inc. operates VIP Play, a mobile gaming app that offers sports betting directly to customers via the comfort of their phones! We are currently operational in the state of Tennessee since June 2023, and plan to expand into new markets within 2025. VIP Play is available for download in the App Store (iOS) and the VIP Play website (Android or Web). What we’re looking for: VIP Play, Inc. is looking for a part-time or full-time marketing coordinator to join our talented marketing team. You’d ideally have existing experience within social media and email marketing. This is a position that will directly report to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms
• Collaborate on creative campaign ideas for organic social, paid media, and email marketing
• Use Figma to update campaign assets with new text and data using existing templates
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance
• Monitor and analyze KPIs for email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agency partners
• Support the Director of Marketing on various new and evolving projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated self-starter who learns quickly and is ready to grow with the role
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva
• A creative mind with a proven ability to create engaging, high-performing social content
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts — ideally in the sports or betting industry
• Strong understanding of major sports leagues, current events, and betting culture
• Previous experience with email marketing platforms and campaign strategy
• A data-driven mindset with a solid grasp of social media trends and analytics
• Familiarity with Hootsuite is a bonus
• Experience using CRM platforms for email marketing is a major plus (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc)
