Product Manager - SaaS

At Visualcare, we build technology that simplifies operational complexity for home care providers across Australia — so they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. 

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in execution. Someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity, making trade-offs, and working day-to-day with Engineering to get meaningful product work delivered.  

This is not a “roadmap is locked and everything is defined” role. It’s a role for someone who likes rolling up their sleeves, creating clarity where it doesn’t yet exist, and helping teams move forward. 

What you will do: 

As Product Manager, you’ll own product outcomes end to end, with a strong emphasis on delivery and execution. You will: 

• Turn ambiguous customer and business needs into clear, prioritised, delivery-ready scope 
• Act as the primary product partner to Engineering, providing clarity and direction throughout delivery 
• Make trade-offs across scope, sequencing, and constraints to keep work moving 
• Work in close partnership with the Product Designer, who leads user research and design execution 
• Coordinate releases and ensure teams are aligned and ready 
• Learn from outcomes, iterate quickly, and help improve how we deliver products over time 

This role is hands-on, delivery-oriented, and ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail. You’ll influence how product management works at Visualcare — not just what gets built.

What we are looking for: 

You’ll bring: 

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager (SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus) 
• Strong experience working with Engineering teams in an iterative delivery environment 
• Confidence making prioritisation and trade-off decisions 
• Comfort working without perfect information or fully defined processes 
• The ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems 
• A preference for progress and learning over perfection 
• A collaborative, pragmatic working style 
• A strong sense of ownership and follow-through 
• Experience in regulated environments (aged care, disability, health) is helpful but not essential.
