Algofy is looking for a versatile Creative Designer to join our growing team, someone who can craft captivating ad concepts, design beautiful assets, and bring content to life through video.

Whether you're designing high-performing Meta Ads or editing UGC videos with the latest AI tools, you'll be working alongside a team that values creativity, autonomy, and impact.

Your Mission at Algofy: As a Creative Designer, you’ll conceptualize and produce a variety of marketing assets from Meta and Google Ads to organic social content, emails, and UGC-based videos. You’ll play a central role in turning strategy into compelling visuals and stories that drive performance.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to conceptualize digital ad campaigns (especially Meta Ads and Google Ads).
• Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Design assets for web, email, and social media that align with brand and performance goals.
• Develop strategic ad concepts, including messaging, target audience insights, and visual direction.
• Conduct trend and competitor research to inform your creative decisions.
• Edit UGC and short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and apply innovative visual effects.
• Align video content with campaign goals and brand tone.
• Create basic motion graphics and engaging social-ready formats.
• Manage multiple video and design projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and video tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience working with or interest in AI-powered creative tools.
• A strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative impacts results.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media trends.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• High-level English proficiency (C2 or near-native).
• A killer portfolio showcasing graphic and video work across platforms.
• Bonus: Client-facing experience or leading creative direction
