Senior Product Designer

Now, we’re rethinking how personalised advice is delivered, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us make that vision a reality.

The role

As a Senior Product Designer at Wealth Wizards, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of design across our equity release product for Royal London - a strategically important and evolving product area focused on later-life financial wellbeing.

Equity release spans multiple channels and audiences. In this role, you’ll design experiences that support direct-to-consumer journeys, as well as adviser-led and supported experiences, ensuring they work coherently together as part of a joined-up end-to-end experience.

This is a balanced role, combining longer-term product vision and roadmap thinking with near-term discovery and delivery. You’ll work closely with product management and engineering to shape where the product is going, while also leading hands-on design work to explore, test, and iterate solutions in progress.

Alongside delivering high-quality work, you’ll play an active role in maintaining and evolving our visual language, ensuring consistency and coherence across our products and services - and how they work together as part of a broader ecosystem.

Expectations

You’ll be expected to:

• Design and iterate end-to-end equity release experiences across direct-to-consumer, adviser, and supported journeys.
• Work in close partnership with product management to shape product vision, direction, and roadmap thinking, while also delivering against near-term priorities.
• Lead discovery and ideation work to explore problem spaces, define opportunities, and test assumptions.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into clear, accessible, and confidence-building digital experiences.
• Confidently shape content within designs, applying and evolving our content principles.
• Raise the bar for craft and quality across interaction design, visual design, and overall user experience.
• Work with our existing visual language and design system to ensure consistency across products and services, and help evolve them where needed.
• Contribute to a culture of openness, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the design team and wider organisation.
