About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team remotely, working aligned with US East Coast hours. As a Product Designer at Euler, you will be instrumental in shaping the core experience for two primary user groups: partnership managers and channel partners. You will craft intuitive, efficient workflows for partnership management, deal registration, content access, training, and payments, ensuring seamless user journeys for both user types. A significant aspect of this role involves designing AI-driven features, including in-platform agents (PAM), Slack-accessible agents (POPS), and workflows where AI drafts, recommends, or acts autonomously. Your expertise will help define the standards for AI UX in B2B software—determining when AI should act, ask for input, or defer to users, all while maintaining control and transparency. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, you will own features from problem framing to final UI implementation, contributing to a scalable, consistent, and user-centered design system.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on complex workflows
- Experience designing for multiple user types with distinct goals and mental models
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, tokens, and prototyping
- Experience using AI design tools such as Claude Design for rapid prototyping
- Hands-on experience designing AI features or a well-formed perspective on AI in product UX
- Ability to conduct research and usability testing independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and decision-making with incomplete data
- Own end-to-end design for product areas within the partner portal and admin interface, including discovery, flow design, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, and engineering specifications
- Design AI-driven experiences such as agent interactions, suggested actions, generated content, and handling different states (loading, uncertainty, errors, human review)
- Simplify complex B2B workflows, including deal registration, referrals, incentives, payouts, onboarding, and analytics
- Contribute to and utilize Euler's Figma design system, maintaining consistency across product features
- Conduct lightweight research and usability tests with customers and partners, translating insights into actionable design improvements
- Create prototypes rapidly in Figma and Claude Design to validate ideas before engineering development
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation, reviewing UI against specifications
- Monitor post-launch performance metrics such as adoption, task completion, and drop-off rates, iterating based on data-driven insights
