About The Role As a Web Designer at WorkOS, you will take charge of designing and maintaining the company’s public-facing websites, focusing on creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will lead the design process, collaborating with a talented design team and developers to ensure that WorkOS is represented in the best possible light online. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of web design principles, UX, and how to tell compelling stories through design. You will work on creating interactive features and refining web designs by incorporating user feedback and data, ensuring that the websites are responsive, accessible, and perform well across all devices. Responsibilities

• Design and maintain WorkOS' website and digital properties, balancing both aesthetics and functionality
• Develop and maintain a robust UI design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Create engaging graphics that simplify complex technical concepts
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive web experiences
• Continuously improve web designs based on user feedback, data, and industry best practices
• Brainstorm and implement rich, interactive features to enhance the user experience
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio of high-quality projects
• Expertise in web design principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to balance creativity and usability in design
• Experience collaborating with developers and understanding web development workflows (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Salary & Benefits

• Annual US base salary: $140,000 to $185,000 (based on experience)
