Senior Licensing Designer

We’re looking for a ridiculously creative and talented Senior Licensing Designer with a passion for character-licensed consumer products to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading global brands across trend guides, product and packaging.

As a fully remote UK-based creative agency, we’re seeking someone highly organised, self-motivated, proactive, and dependable. You’ll thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating across both girls’ and boys’ brands while independently managing multiple projects from concept to final delivery.

As a Senior Licensing Designer, you’ll have the autonomy and responsibility to showcase your talent and bring new ideas to life. You’ll be part of a team of creative superheroes, dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving great things together.

THE ROLEWHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver fashion-forward designs for consumer products including trend/style guides, packaging and retail presentations.
• Research current trends to drive creative direction.
• Lead and manage large-scale projects, communicating directly with clients and other team members.
• Lead on multiple projects, brief, manage and support other members of the design and illustration teams, providing guidance and direction on projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of character licensing across consumer products, apparel, fashion, DTR, and trends – this is essential!
• 10+ years in the character licensing industry, with 4+ years at a senior level, and hands-on experience with children’s licensed brands.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to confidently take briefs and present work to clients.
• Exceptional communication skills – you’ll work globally with different teams and cultures.
• Experience creating Graphics and Patterns for trend guides, product mock ups, packaging, POS and artwork files.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and ensuring timely project planning, management and delivery.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Positive, conscientious attitude with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional work to go the extra mile.
