AI Product Manager (Remote)

Your mission at WorkNomads:

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities
• Translate user feedback, behavioral data, analytics, and market insights into product decisions
• Partner with Engineering and AI teams to shape and deliver innovative AI-powered experiences
• Lead product discovery initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and experimentation
• Drive product-market fit validation through continuous testing and learning
• Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and long-term product adoption
• Monitor and optimize key product metrics and success indicators
• Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams to ensure responsible and trustworthy AI experiences
• Work with Customer Support and Operations teams to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Leadership, and Customer-facing teams
• Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility

RequirementsWe want to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or AI Product Manager
• Strong experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products (B2C)
• Experience working with AI-powered products, machine learning applications, or LLM-based experiences
• Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
• Experience conducting user research and translating customer insights into product improvements
• Demonstrated success driving product growth, engagement, and retention
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, or LLM-based applications
• Experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, or memory-driven user experiences
• Background in coaching, wellness, behavioral technology, engagement platforms, or community-focused products
• Experience with Trust & Safety frameworks, AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI initiatives
• Familiarity with user lifecycle management and customer journey optimization
• Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments
• A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting
• A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
