I'm leading a search for a Founding Product Designer at an AI-native EdTech company reimagining how teachers work. Instead of generic content and hours of prep, teachers generate curriculum-aligned lessons, slides and worksheets in seconds - every resource tailored to their class.
Already at £6m ARR with a team of just 10, the product has found clear product-market fit and is entering its next stage of growth.
This is a true founding opportunity. You'll work directly with the founders, own the product experience end-to-end and play a defining role in shaping both the product and the design function.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional consumer product craft.
- Thinks in products, not screens.
- Is AI-native and prototypes in code as comfortably as Figma.
- Loves shipping quickly, learning from users and sweating the details.
- Wants to build something that could genuinely improve how millions of people learn.
