We’re looking for a thoughtful and systems-minded Service Designer to help shape end-to-end user experiences across digital and offline touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong research and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex service ecosystems into clear, usable, and human-centred solutions.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design and improve end-to-end service experiences across multiple channels and user journeys
• Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities
• Map service ecosystems, customer journeys, and operational processes
• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and business teams to design cohesive solutions
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, prototypes, and concept models
• Identify gaps between front-stage user experience and back-stage operations
• Translate insights into actionable design recommendations and service improvements
• Support implementation of service design solutions across teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Proven experience in Service Design, UX, or Experience Design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating service blueprints, journey mapping, and systems thinking
• Experience running workshops and stakeholder co-creation sessions
• Strong research and synthesis skills (qual + quant)
• Ability to work across complex systems and multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration/design platforms
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Based in Australia with full working rights
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
