We're working with the UK’s leading animal welfare charity on this exciting opportunity to transform the digital landscape for millions of four-legged friends and their owners. Are you a strategic leader ready to drive the discovery and delivery of complex, mission-driven digital products? We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to champion user-centered design and data-driven development across a high-impact digital ecosystem. The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end discovery, design, and delivery of large-scale digital products, focusing on complex integrations and seamless user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to align product roadmaps with organizational goals and live website performance.
  • Manage and coach a Digital Product Officer, fostering a high-performing and supportive team culture through mentorship and clear professional development.
  • Oversee digital governance, ensuring all builds meet strict web accessibility standards (WCAG) and data protection compliance.
  • Utilize performance insights and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and iterate on core digital features.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in Digital Product Management, specifically leading complex builds and integrations in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, user-centered design, and conducting effective discovery phases.
  • Expert skills in project planning and roadmap management using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to use analytics (Google Analytics 4) and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring direct reports in a digital or technical setting.

What's On Offer

  • Fully remote working flexibility from anywhere in the UK, providing a perfect work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to lead digital innovation for a household-name charity making a real-world impact every single day.
  • A highly inclusive and supportive culture with active colleague networks and a commitment to professional growth.
