🧭 We’re Hiring: Service Designer
We’re looking for a strategic and human-centered Service Designer to join our remote-first team in Australia. If you’re passionate about improving end-to-end service experiences and connecting user needs with business systems, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Design and improve end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
- Map user journeys, service blueprints, and ecosystem interactions
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable service concepts and prototypes
- Align business goals with user needs to enhance overall service delivery
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–4 years of experience in service design, UX, or related fields
✅ Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and experience flows
✅ Strong understanding of human-centered design and systems thinking
✅ Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
✅ Strong communication and storytelling skills
✅ Fluent English
✅ Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
