Role Description
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth and brand development of Adam Steel Studio within the U.S. market. This is a remote position, open to applications globally, with flexibility for full-time or contract employment.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day marketing operations while driving long-term brand positioning in the high-end design industry. You’ll play a key role in shaping our communications across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand’s craftsmanship, sophistication, and creative vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the U.S. market.
- Build brand awareness and positioning within the interior design and architecture sectors.
- Manage digital platforms, including social media, website, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as project stories, catalogues, and presentations.
- Coordinate brand presence at U.S. trade shows and design events.
- Identify and nurture collaborations with architects, designers, and creative partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand and business strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with commercial goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within design, furniture, or architectural products.
- Proven success in developing and growing a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong knowledge or network within the U.S. interior design and architecture community.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.
- A self-starter with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
