Senior GTM Strategist – Berlin & Copenhagen (Remote)

We blend strategy with storytelling, and creativity with commercial focus — always with a sharp eye on what cuts through the noise.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a GTM Strategist to join our growing team on a project basis. You’ll work closely with founders, CMO's, and creative teams to develop and execute smart, punchy go-to-market strategies for new product launches, brand pivots, and market expansions. This is a remote role with the option to work from Berlin or Copenhagen — we operate flexibly and collaboratively across borders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for clients across industries (fashion, tech, music, wellness, and more)
• Turn brand positioning into actionable launch plans, channel strategies, and campaign calendars
• Build out customer journey maps and define key touchpoints across owned, earned, and paid media
• Collaborate with brand, comms, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
• Identify relevant growth levers per industry and audience segment
• Package insights, recommendations, and timelines in concise, client-friendly formats
• Contribute to client pitches and internal knowledge-sharing

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in brand, marketing, or growth strategy roles (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience building GTM plans for product or brand launches
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can zoom in on the data and zoom out to the big picture
• A bias for clarity, structure, and momentum
• Familiarity with startups, scaleups, and early-stage innovation
• Fluency in English (German, Danish, or French is a plus)
• Berlin or Copenhagen-based preferred, but open to remote within Europe
