🛠️ Responsibilities

• Create personalized demos.
• Manage onboarding calls with new clients.
• Monitor and manage cold email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Perform quality checks on our products.
• Handle first-level support requests.
• Take care of back-office tasks.
• Additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Native-level proficiency in Italian.
• Ability to speak fluent English.
• Located in or near Northern Italy.

Useful Skills (Not mandatory but appreciated)

• Experience using CRM or customer management tools.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry.

• Basic graphic design skills to improve support materials.
