As the Senior Public Relation Manager you will lead technically, the team of marketing and sales persons closest to ADL's Mission. PR team solves technical challenges of reporting operational scenarios while controlling the end-to-end delivery of winning capabilities such as Counter Intrusion, Joint All Domain Command and Control, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems. As a Hardware Engineer you will solve a wide variety of problems involving networking, autonomous systems integration, robotics, and more, while making pragmatic engineering tradeoffs along the way. Your efforts will ensure that ADL products seamlessly work together to achieve a variety of critical outcomes. Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise to complete mission objectives, able to scale with company.
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Continous improvement of prototypes
• Design perfect products that are finished on first iteration
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services within your scope
• Own the 3D solutions that are deployed to customers
• Design policies, products and custom platforms to improve products and scale the mission capability to more customers
• Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality
• Create and analyze metrics that are leveraged for debugging and monitoring
• Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next-steps
• Partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints

Core Requirements__Experience in the following areas preferred:

• Create and design storyboards for digital media formats such as video games and fine-arts deliverables
• Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts based on brand guidelines
• Ensure projects are completed promptly and are of high quality
• Suggest and implement best practices and optimizations throughout animation projects
• Collaborate with fellow animators using software such as Autodesk Maya to deliver a robust final animation
• Use a wide range of media and design software
• Develop computer graphics and animations based on a detailed design brief
• Manage multiple projects within design specs and budget restrictions
• Determine voice and messaging for animated pieces
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
• Below are the qualifications expected of a 3D animator:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or a related field
• Proficiency in programs such as Blender, Unity, Mari, Adobe Suite, Maxon, CrazyTalk, or Autodesk Maya
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of two years experience in animation
• Attention to detail
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of 3D animation and wireframing projects
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of animation layouts, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media
• testing and product prototyping
• Self task management

• Prior business ownership experience is a plus.
• Educational background in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering is a plus but primarily being evaluated on 3D graphic art and artistic style and flow of animation.

• Required to display strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet project/company objectives.
• Required to focus on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests
