Associate Creative Director of Art - Advertising

In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to craft compelling social and digital content that cuts through the noise. Your expertise will steer high-volume creative initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms, from TikTok to YouTube Shorts. Required Skills:

• 7+ years of agency or digital creative experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, social content, and platform-specific performance work
• Proficiency in Figma (focused on graphic design for social/digital) and full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Deep understanding of platform nuances for performance creative across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, and more
• Automotive account experience (Tier 3) is a MUST
