Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and growing Bebedi’s social media presence, crafting engaging content, and executing creative social strategies. Responsibilities include content planning, social media scheduling, trend analysis, copywriting, community engagement, and performance monitoring. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong social media management skills, including platform expertise, scheduling, and community engagement
• Content creation experience, such as creative writing, graphic design, or video editing
• Strategic planning and analytics skills for evaluating performance metrics and optimizing content
• Copywriting and editing expertise for social posts and campaigns
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in women-focused brands or platforms is a plus
